What can i do to have a nice looking hair? HELP..... it's killing me.......?
Ok...I have super curly hair.
1. don't wash you hair with shampoo every day....do it once or twice a week....curly hair is dry and shampoo makes it drier! ALWAYS CONDITION YOUR HAIR! for curly hair it is better to have your natural oils in your hair.
2. Always let your hair dry natural....don't use a towel to scrunch, move back and forth, etc. You should just wrap it in a towel and about three minutes later take it off and let it dry on your own. And never flip your hair upside down!!!! It make your hair more frizzy!!! When you use products use a scrunching motion
3. Aveda has great products for curly hair! That is what I use anyway.
4. Get your hair cut in a bob! longer in the front and shorter in the back.and get cut in every month and a half or so (at least the ends!!!)

Try one of the In(fus)ium 23 collections. The repair(ologie) collection really helped take the frizz out of my hair along with downplaying the damage.
And please don't use Pantene--it makes your hair shiny with a wax-like substance, so your hair gets duller looking and more dry as soon as you finish rinsing it.

Use a LOT of conditioner, mousse, or straighten your hair. They also sell little bottles of stuff that keeps your hair from being puffy. I use Silk Drops and I bought it at Rite-Aid.

Please do not use Pantene. I am sorry but this is horrible on the hair. I am a cosmetologist and Pantene actually puts a wax in your hair which weighs your hair down and damages it. I would suggest using Biolage or Chi products work wonders. You need to buy a ceramic straightener or an defuser which you put on the end of a blow dryer. The Chi straightener and products make even the coarses, frizziest hair look beautiful. You can buy these in any salon. The defuser is just a little attachment that you put on the blow dryer after you put the product in you hair and it keeps the hair curly and beautiful. If you have any more questions or need more suggestions feel free to ask me.

The best way to solve your problem is to go to a beauty shop and have a professional hairdresser help you. She will show you how to make your hair look good.

my hair used to look like that. it would take me 45 minutes to straighten it, too, so i didn't like to do it.
i got it chemically straightened at a professional salon ((i wouldn't trust myself to do it with those home kits)). the straightener didn't leave my hair stick straight... i still have to go over it with a straightener. but i can still wear it curly, too. it's much more tame than it used to be. i like it a lot better.

Try using John Frieda Frizz Ease Corrective Styling Gel on towel dried hair, then spray Aussie Sprunch spray all over. Then either air dry or dry with a diffuser. You'll have nice curls without being too puffy. Hope this helps!
