Does anyone know what a REALLY REALLY GOOD GEL is?

I currently have garnier fructis extreme hold and it's a bunch of crap. It holds my hair for like 10 minutes then it falls. Can anyone reccommend a REALLY STRONG HOLDING gel? If spray is needed with it and it will hold I will try. Also, if you know any good hair waxes, tell me what they are.
