I can't decide if i should keep my hair long, or cut it shorter so that i can gel it back nicely :\

well im not saying this about all guys cuz it doesnt apply to everyone....but MOST guys w/ long hair are hot!

Depends really on how daring you're feeling-- shaggy hair is perennially cute, but with slicked hair you create a bit more a dramatic,old-Hollywood look. And if you have any prominent features- cheekbones, jaw line, nose- these will be emphasized.
