i like using gell and spiritz cuz it makes my hair look good but ima wondering should i stop using gel.??

don't use it often because it can dry ur hair out badly. but use a bunch of conditioner and if ur hair is really that bad, then wash your hair about 2-3 times

both of them dry out your hair which make it brittle and prone to breakage. if u must use them, u should wash ur hair regularly and conidition and mosturise it alot
