ooh i know this! stay away from mousses and hairsprays cuz those will definately make ur hair crispy with little white stuff when it dries. i use Garnier Fructis Weightless Gel Strong Hold (in this little green tube). i love it, but i recommend styling ur hair with water too when u use the gel. OOh and there's also the Garnier Fructis Fruit Wax as well as the Surf Hair. i think ur best best are those two. they leave ur hair on place but not crispy.

Tresemme flexible hold hairspray is awesome, totally light doesn't feel like anything is on your hair at all, yet it holds.
