My Paul Mitchell gel says it is "suitable for use on dry hair" Does this mean that it should be applied when hair is dry (not wet) or can be applied to dry hair (frizzy, moisture seeking hair)
If it means it is suitable for use on hair that is not wet, can you use it on damp hair?
